At BasslinePro, we strive to provide high-quality music classes and ensure customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines our guidelines for issuing refunds. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued in cases where there was a problem on our end that resulted in the inability to deliver promised services or meet the agreed-upon standards.
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- 1. If the customer did not attend or use the scheduled music classes.
- 2. If the customer changed their mind or no longer wishes to continue with the classes.
- 3. If the customer fails to meet the technical requirements or provides inaccurate information that prevents him/her from accessing or participating in the classes.
- 4. If the customer violates our terms and conditions or code of conduct.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
If you believe there was a problem on our end that warrants a refund, please contact our customer support team at 732-523-4642 within 7 days of the occurrence of the issue.
- 1. Provide detailed information about the problem you experienced.
- 2. Our customer support team will review your request and may require additional information or clarification.
- 3. Refunds will be processed at our discretion.
Refund Methods:
If a refund is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.
